Architecture & Interior Design
For 25 years, we've designed spaces that settle naturally into their environment. From institutional buildings to residential homes, our work is guided by one belief.
Bungalows, apartments, and residential complexes crafted for living well.
Office environments designed to inspire productivity and culture.
Government buildings and public institutions with regulatory expertise.
Topographic Studies, Feasibility Reports and Market-Based Estimations that help Corporates and PSUs evaluate projects, plan budgets and obtain management approvals.
Restaurants, hotels, and dining spaces designed around memorable experiences.
Hospitals and clinics planned for care, comfort, and clinical efficiency.

Residential · Hyderabad
A contemporary residence designed to sit naturally within its landscape — balancing open, light-filled living spaces with privacy and quiet material detail. The design responds to the site's orientation and climate, bringing the garden into everyday life.
Institutional · JNTU Kakinada
A modern learning complex for JNTU Kakinada's School of Pharmacy, designed to support collaborative research and hands-on training. The building's form responds to the campus context, with a balance of open social spaces and focused instructional areas.
Commercial · Hyderabad · DPR Submitted
A fully automated parking tower for a fintech client, on a plot too narrow to turn a car in. Ramps were the first thing to go — take the driver out and the aisles and slopes come back as capacity. The car stops at the threshold; the building lifts and racks it.
Institutional · Kakinada
A student residence where daily life happens outside the room — sports grounds, dining hall and shared study rooms all sit within the same short walk. Deep balconies and a shaded entrance court keep the corridors cool through the coastal summer.
Commercial · Hyderabad
An executive cabin and its adjoining lounge held in one continuous room, lined in timber slats and textured wall panels. Meeting table, work desk and soft seating share a single volume rather than being partitioned apart.
Commercial · Hyderabad
A stone-clad office building set back behind street planting, its deep window reveals and screened balconies giving the elevation depth. A planted terrace occupies the roof above the top floor.
Institutional · Hyderabad
A monitoring floor built around a curved console, so every operator faces the shared display wall without turning away from the room. Faceted wall panelling carries the institution's colours across the space.
Commercial · Hyderabad
An executive dining space designed for shared meals and easy conversation, balancing comfort with a refined material palette.
Founder & Principal
25 Years of Practice · 2001–Present
For more than 25 years, I have designed spaces with one belief: good architecture should belong to its surroundings, not compete with them. Since 2001, I have worked across corporate interiors, residential homes, commercial developments and government projects—including institutions such as Indian Railways and the Reserve Bank of India.
The best buildings do not have to be the loudest. Good architecture should feel as though it belongs to its place—responding to climate, landscape, context and the people around it.
Every client brings a different story. An architect's role is first to listen, understand and discover before designing—bringing together creativity, functionality and technical knowledge.
At Design Discovery, I pursue architecture that is thoughtful rather than excessive, contextual rather than imposing, personal rather than generic.
